Monday - 7/7/2008	Cafe 233 is dedicated to provide low-calorie and nutrient dense beverage options. We provide 1 percent white milk, skim flavored milk, and 100 prcent fruit juice with lunches.
Tuesday - 7/8/2008	An average holiday dinner can contain about 150 to 230 grams of fat. If you eat every single item offered in the Cafe 233 holiday meal, excluding beverages, your meal would only contain 18.5 grams of total fat.
Wednesday - 7/9/2008	The brownie in your Cafe 233 lunch uses mostly wheat flour. The cookies served by Cafe 233 contain approximately two teaspoons of added sugar.
Thursday - 7/10/2008	Cafe 233 uses disposable dishes due to space issues in our kitchens. The initial cost to switch to permanent dishes would be over $11 million for building additions, equipment, and operational costs. A compostable food tray might cost $300,000 more per year than the current product.
Friday - 7/11/2008	The Nutrition and Wellness Council has developed a list called "Suggestions for Alternatives to Food Rewards at School." Its purpose is to encourage the use of non-food rewards in the classroom.
